This programme, which uses Street/Hip Hop Dance as the vehicle, is designed to help delegates experience the importance of sharing and exchanging information, knowledge and skills, to benefit the whole team. The whole team's success is dependant on participants learning specific skills from our instructor and then having to share and teach their fellow team members.
This dynamic and engaging event was purposely designed to focus on the following learning outcomes:

The collective sharing of ideas, information, skills and methods are essential to the success of an organisation. Yet how often is knowledge, information and wisdom circulated throughout your organisation or kept to individuals? How well do you prepare for change? Are tomorrow’s leaders and team members educated, mentored, and developed so they are effective and comfortable in their work environment?
Through mutual learning and sharing of skills the group will learn dance steps in the style of Street/Hip Hop and by the end of the day they will have worked collabortaively to create their own group dance piece which they will perform at the end of the session.
The group's performance (collectively and individually) is reviewed to highlight the key issues observed. The review can be done by someone from within your organisation or Wise Moves will be pleased to recommend someone. Parallels are drawn to the work environment and assessments made about how well information and skills are shared. The review concludes with participants making their commitments in the form of an action plan.

Fee Structure
For the provision of one instructor for the day the fee is £30 per delegate subject to a £350 minimum. Travel expenses for the instructor is charged at 40p per mile. We are VAT registered*.
*The Maximum number of delegates we can take in a group is 25.
Studio Hire
Wise Moves will be happy to arrange studio hire at cost plus 15%. If you have facilities or would prefer to make your own arrangements for studio hire, we will be pleased to advise you about the type of space needed.
Food & Refreshments
We recommend delegates have access to water or soft drinks throughout the dance sessions. Wise Moves will be pleased to arrange food and refreshments for your delegates at cost plus 15%. Alternatively we are happy for you to make your own arrangements in house.
Timetable
Start and finish times will be discussed with you prior to the event and will depend upon what you want to achieve in a day.
Dress Code
Delegates should wear loose, comfortable clothing and trainers.
Bespoke Service
In addition to the above Team Building programme we can devise bespoke packages to meet your specific needs and objectives. Before any event, we will first liaise with you and draw up a brief to address your desired outcomes.
Additional Modules
Wise Moves can provide one camera man and one sound man to produce a film of the team building event and, if necessary, deliver it on the same day. This film can be used in a number of different ways.
- As part of corporate entertainment event (your own “X Factor” competition)
- To keep as a record to use as a review tool
- To show clients the challenges which the company sets its key employees and the creative way in which they respond to those challenges in stressful circumstances
