There are many countries in the African continent with strong dance traditions and many Africans, schooled in these traditions come to this country, briefly earn a living delivering workshops to schools before returning to Africa.

Many but not all of them have not been exposed to the disciplines associated with training in ballet, contemporary dance and the classical dance styles of the Indian sub-continent and other countries in the Far East and therefore we take much pride in the fact that we have been able to put together a team of very talented, experienced African dance artists and drummers who now permanently reside in the UK, and who have worked with us consistently for many years. All have delighted the teachers with whom they have worked and we can highly recommend them.

We continue to work to expand this team and whilst the majority are originally from Ghana we are also able to offer artists who deliver workshops  in the South African,  Nigerian and Cote D'Ivoire traditions.  The workshops they specialise in include Traditional African Dances and African Gumboot Dance.
